Back to Concrete Walls & Foundations
Footings & Foundations in Lehi, UT — Built to Hold Up Through Utah Winters
Strong footings keep your home steady for years. We pour them right the first time.

If you're building an addition, a new wall, or a whole structure, you need footings that won't shift or crack. Utah's clay soil and freeze-thaw winters are hard on concrete that isn't poured deep enough or set below the frost line. Firm Foundation of Utah pours footings and foundations that are built to carry weight and stand up to our seasons. Call (801) 414-1234 to talk about your project.
Our Work

When You Need Footings & Foundations
You need new footings any time you're adding a structure that carries weight. This includes additions, new garages, retaining walls, decks with posts, and new home foundations in subdivisions across Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, and Herriman. Cracked or settling foundations are another sign. If you see gaps along your foundation wall, doors that stick, or uneven floors, the footing below may be moving. Utah County's clay soil expands and contracts with moisture, and frost can heave concrete that wasn't poured deep enough. Waiting usually makes the problem bigger and more costly to fix later, so it's worth having it looked at early.
Our Footings & Foundations Process
We start by checking the soil and grade where the footing will go, since clay soil and drainage both affect how deep and wide a footing needs to be. We dig below the frost line so winter freezing doesn't push the concrete up over time. Forms go in, rebar is placed for strength, and then we pour and finish the concrete. For full foundations, we build and pour walls on top once the footing has cured. Most footing jobs move fast since it's one of our main specialties, and we'll walk you through the timeline before we start so you know what to expect.
Footings & Foundations Cost in Lehi
Cost depends on the size of the footing, how deep it needs to go, soil conditions, and whether it's part of a bigger foundation or wall project. Every job gets a clear quote in writing before we start, so you know what you're paying for. We don't add surprise charges once work begins. Call us with your project details and we'll give you real numbers, not a guess over the phone.
